Il circolo Black Dolphin da anni cerca di diffondere nei più giovani la passione per il mare e per lo sport della vela, organizzando punti di aggregazione per i ragazzi che si avvicinano a questo sport, lezioni teoriche e pratiche in acqua, regate di livello Nazionale.
